Charlotte Reid is Harroway's Head of Block & Estate Management, responsible for the operational management of all residential developments under Harroway's management portfolio across Greater London and the Home Counties.
Charlotte joined Harroway in 2012 after seven years in residential block management with a major London managing agent. She leads a team of eight property managers and is responsible for all service charge management, contractor relationships, major works programmes, and leaseholder relations across the portfolio.
