The Meridian is a 48-unit premium residential tower in Canary Wharf, E14, offering full-floor and half-floor lateral apartments across 14 storeys with floor-to-ceiling glazing, private winter gardens, and panoramic views of the City and the Thames.

Harroway was appointed as exclusive sales agent 22 months before practical completion, with a mandate to execute a discreet private sales programme targeting ultra-high-net-worth buyers in London, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. The scheme was not listed on any portal at any stage.

Sales approach and outcome

All 48 units were reserved within six weeks of the private preview, before the development had topped out. Harroway managed the full exchange programme and all pre-completion buyer communications through to legal handover in Q2 2024.

  • Average sale price of £1,100 per sq ft achieved
  • International buyers accounted for 42% of units, primarily from the UAE and Singapore

Post-completion management

Harroway was retained following completion to manage the letting and ongoing block management of the development, including the ground-floor resident amenity suite and two commercial units.
